Abstract
Congenital pseudarthrosis of the ulna in the presence of a normal radius is rare and it is usually associated with neurofibromatosis or fibrous dysplasia and surgical management of this condition still remains a challenge. This is a report of a congenital psuedarthrosis of the left ulnar associated with dislocation of radial head in a seven years old boy. He was operated several times for the cystic lesion of left ulnar since his age of one year at the other hospital, but bony union had never been achieved. This patient was treated successfully with complete excision of the nonunion site, reduction of dislocated radial head, and free vascularized fibular graft.
