Abstract
The osteochondroma is the most common primary benign bone tumor. Mostly the common site is the distal femur, proximal tibia, proximal humerus in solitary osteochondroma. However, solitary osteochondroma of the distal radius extending to the distal radioulnar joint has been rarely reported in the literature. We experienced the a 21-year old female patient with solitary osteochondroma of distal radius presented with an intermittent pain and limitation of wrist motion. The osteochondroma was treated by excision. Additionally, to restore the wrist function Sauve-Kapandji procedure was performed for distal radioulnar joint disorder from the osteochondroma. The clinical result was satisfactory.
