Abstract
Isolated fracture of the trapezoid bone is an exceedingly rare injury and there are only a few case reports in the literature. We experienced a case of an isolated, comminuted trapezoid fracture in a 25-year-old man that was treated nonoperatively and the possible mechanism of the fracture, diagnostic work-up, and treatment in general are presented.
