Abstract

A simultaneous fracture of the trapezial tuberosity and the hamate hook is very rare entity and is known as caused by traction force of transverse carpal ligament. We report a simultaneous fracture of the trapezial tuberosity and the hamate hook caused by traction force through the press injury. The fractures were treated with excision of fracture fragments, which resulted in good function.
