Abstract
Heterotopic ossification around the elbow may cause loss of range of motion and pain on motion. It would recur easily after the surgery. However, the neurologic symptoms due to the compression of the ulnar nerve has been rarely reported. We report a case of ulnar neuropathy due to the heterotopic ossification caused by the trauma in childhood.
