Abstract
Carpal joint fracture and dislocation is a complex injury associated with many osteoligamentous structures. We discribe one patient who had posterior lunate dislocation and scaphoid fracture with anterior displaced proximal fragment. There in we have difficulties for accurate accessment. Volar lunate dislocation or doral perilunar dislocation is usual in most cases,. It is very rare case, posterior lunate dislocation with scaphoid fracture, displacing fracture fragment of scaphoid anteriorly. The patient was treated with open reduction and k-wire fixation and has been followed up for two years.
