Abstract
Although the wrist is one of the first joints treated by prosthetic replacement, the evolution of total wrist arthroplasty has been much slower than hip and knee arthroplasty because of its biomechanical complexities. It has been rarely performed in Korea and its revision has not been reported yet. Recently, we performed revisional total wrist replacement arthroplasty for 47 years old female patient whose destructed wrist had been replaced with Meuli Protek prosthesis for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis 17 years before in our hospital.
