Abstract
Simple bone cysts are benign bone lesions seen in the ends of long bones. Bilateral symmetrical cysts are extremely rare. This is a case report of bilateral symmetrical simple bone cysts in the proximal ulnas of a 19-year-old man. He presented with pathologic fracture of both proximal ulnas. Treatment consisted of currettage, autogenous bone graft, and internal fixation with plate. We achieved complete bony union and no recurrence was observed.
