Abstract
Lipomas are the most common benign soft tissue tumors. But the lipomas occur in the deep tissue as like intramuscular, parosteal or intraosseous lipomas. The authors experienced a case of parosteal lipoma around the bicipital tuberosity with firm adherence to the periosteum of the proximal radius and marginal excision was performed.
