Abstract
We experienced a rare case of intraosseous ganglion with chronic wrist pain, which was located in the lunate in a 52 year old housewife. Intraosseous ganglion occurs mostly without communication with adjacent tissues, or from the cortical penetration of a previously existing soft tissue ganglion. Curettage and autogenous bone graft was performed and no local recurrence was observed in 1 year after operation.
