Abstract
A rare case of total volar dislocation of the lunate associated with scaphoid fracture is reported. Proximal scaphoid and lunate was completely separated and unusually displaced into the forearm. Open reduction and internal fixation were followed by successful healing. At 2 years after the injury, the patient was asymptomatic.
