Abstract
Pyogenic granuloma is a benign vascular lesion of the skin or mucous membrane. Oral lesions are believed to occur in up to 2% of pregnancies, but non-oral lesions have rarely been reported in literature. Some authors of obstetrics have reported the non-oral lesion but we could not find any literature in orthopedic field. So we reported a case of non-oral, digital pyogenic granuloma in the distal phalanx of second finger which had been recurred after initial resection and surgically treated without any more recurrence.
