Solitary Osteochondroma at Distal Tip of the Middle Phalanx with an Angulation Deformity : A Case Report

Abstract
A 12-year old female patient with a middle phalangeal osteochondroma of the left index finger presented with an angulation deformity of the distal interphalangeal joint, Excision of the tumor resulted in correction of the ulnar angulation deformity of the distal interphalangeal joint from 15 preoperatively to 4 postoperatively. And the range of motion of the joints of the index finger returned to normal range at third week after the operation.
