Abstract
Ulnar nerve palsy caused by a ganglion at elbow joint is a uncommon lesion. In Korea, only the 2 cases of the lesion has reported. Recently we experienced a case of tardy ulnar nerve palsy due to a nonpalpable 0.7¡¿0.7 cm sized ganglion originated from elbow joint, which is the smallest ever reported.
